Together, you'll be driving sales effectiveness across Mirakl's global GTM organization by designing and deploying world-class enablement programs, embedding AI at the core of how our sales teams learn, sell, and grow.</div>

<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed"><strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Lead AI-Powered Enablement at Scale:</strong> Own the strategy, design, and operationalization of AI agents and tools across the global GTM organization; drive adoption, embed best practices, and continuously raise the bar for coaching and sales effectiveness</li>
<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed"><strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Architect AI Agents & Automated Workflows:</strong> Design, build, and deploy AI agents and enablement workflows that reduce manual effort, accelerate rep onboarding, and improve knowledge access across all sales roles and business lines</li>

<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">5+ years in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or GTM Operations, in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment</li>
<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and iterating on AI agents or automated workflows for a sales or enablement context (e.g., using platforms such as Dust, or equivalent AI tooling)</li>
<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Proven track record delivering enablement programs that produce measurable behavior change and revenue impact</li>
<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Experience working with and deriving insights from tools such as Gong & Dust</li>
<li class="break-words text-foreground text-base leading-relaxed">Strong command of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC or Challenger) and the ability to translate methodology into practical, scalable coaching programs</li>
